Our downtown Evansville, Indiana building can be rented for $300 time slots: 8:00am - 1:00 pm or 2:00pm - 7:00pm, or an entire day 8:00am - 7:00pm for $600, times rented include set up and tear down. Needing a different rental time? We will try our best to accommodate.

 

The building has two floors, can hold 100 people (main level has seating for 56 in an 28x23 ft area), includes a green wall (10 ft by 10 ft), and the optional (free) use of a customized neon sign, and a large gold decorating hoop (7 ft 2 in). There is a kitchen (no oven), two bathrooms, rooftop patio, two smart TVs, and smart privacy windows. Our parking lot fits 24 cars in addition to downtown parking.

 

Optional add-ons include:  gold arches set of three $15,   arch covers $6,   cheesecloths $3,   cocktail tables $15,   black cloth table covers $6,   kid's white bounce house $200,   donut stand $10, cupcake wheel $5.
