Paul specializes in working with business owners on succession planning, merger and acquisition opportunities, and strategic planning initiatives. He previously worked for 20+ years in public accounting working with companies in various industries across the country, providing consulting, assurance and tax advisement.
Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana in 2000.

Cyndi specializes in ESOP transactions (sell-side business sales) and ESOP and 401k plan audits. She has worked with hundreds of ESOP clients across many industries with extensive experience in the construction market. She has successfully completed numerous ESOP sales, acquisitions, and audits for companies with valuations as small as $5 million and as large as several hundred million. She is well versed in valuation and accounting guidance related to business combinations.
Cyndi graduated Magna Cum Laude, with honors from the University of Southern Indiana with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting/ Professional Services and Finance.
