We work with your team to develop and assemble information needed for negotiation and capital raise, along with hiring other key professionals needed to complete the transaction.

We coordinate & facilitate all financial and due diligence related discussions with the Trustee team. We handle all negotiations through completion of a signed letter of intent.

We ensure the sale process & financing closes in the pre-established timeframe.

We remain actively involved post-closing: assisting with ESOP general ledger accounting, coordinating the ESOP employee rollout/ communication strategy, and assisting with projected ESOP participant benefits.
