When exploring the options to convert our company to an ESOP last year, we asked professionals in the ESOP community if they knew of a good consultant to help us with the transition.  Paul and Cyndi's name came up many times as an excellent choice.  These recommendations came from our bank, trustees and even other valuation firms working in the ESOP world.  Everyone felt that EMP and ECP would be a great match due to the efficient way that we both run our businesses.
